NFPA 72 requires differential pressure testing of duct detector sampling tubes. While not often enforced nor fully understood, your team should be equipped to know how to do it when called upon.
Where to find it: NFPA 72 2023 edition, table 14.4.3.2.17.7(e). Test duct smoke detectors that use sampling tubes to ensure that they will properly sample the airstream in the duct using a method acceptable to the manufacturer or in accordance with their published instructions.
