NFPA 25 2023 Edition Has Hit the Streets
The latest edition of NFPA 25 has been released by the NFPA and has multiple new and improved and revised items to review. Of particular note, please see the changes to Table A.3.3.8, where the committee approved allowing multiple options for determining whether an item is: Non-Critical, Critical, or an Impairment.
“Where Table A.3.3.8 shows more than one classification, the intent is to demonstrate that the proper classification should consider the context in which the condition exists. It is important to note that many conditions will require the system to be impaired to correct and the impairment procedures found in Chapter 15 apply.”
