Request early access to Stella
Stella is ServiceTrade’s suite of AI Agents for commercial service teams, built to help plan, coordinate, and move work forward across the entire service lifecycle.
Think of Stella as an AI teammate that eliminates busywork, applies institutional knowledge instantly, and keeps revenue-driving work moving with fewer handoffs.
While some Stella agents are available now, new agents are in development. Request early access to explore new capabilities before general release and work directly with our team to help shape what comes next.
Not a ServiceTrade customer yet? You can still submit to show your interest, and our team will reach out to walk you through ServiceTrade and how these capabilities fit into your workflows.

How to get involved
Early Access is best suited for teams ready to actively use new capabilities and share feedback through short surveys or calls. Submit your interest and tell us what you’d like to explore — we’ll review and invite participants based on fit, use case, and availability.
Note: While submitting your interest does not guarantee early access, we’ll do our best to include as many organizations as possible. We’re excited to bring this innovation to more teams soon!
FAQs
Common questions
What’s expected if I participate in an early access program?
Participants should actively use the new capabilities in real workflows (~1–5 hours/week), provide feedback via surveys or in-product prompts, and join occasional check-ins. We also ask for access to the actual users of these tools — not just leadership — so we can gather real-world input. Please note participation includes signing an NDA and keeping the program confidential.
How do I know if I’ve been selected?
We review submissions and reach out directly to selected participants as opportunities open up. If there’s a strong fit, you’ll receive an invitation with next steps and onboarding details.
Do I have to be a ServiceTrade customer in order to participate in an early access program?
Yes. Early Access programs are available to existing ServiceTrade customers, as these capabilities are designed to be used within the platform and tested on real workflows. If you’re not a current customer, our team would be happy to share more about ServiceTrade and how we can help your business maximize technician performance, streamline operations, and deliver digital-first experiences your customers will love. You can still submit an Early Access request to let us know you’re interested, or schedule a demo of ServiceTrade.
How long does early access last?
Program length can vary depending on the capability, but most Early Access programs run for a defined period leading up to general release. We’ll share specific timelines if you’re selected.
