ServiceTrade Acquires Mura: The Stella Suite Now Runs Agentic AI Across the Full Service Lifecycle

Today, ServiceTrade acquired Mura — the agentic AI platform that automates field service billing and collections — deepening our commitment to drive real revenue growth through agentic AI across the entire commercial service lifecycle. 

I want to take a moment to explain what this means, and why we believe it’s an important step forward for commercial contractors.

Our Commitment

For more than a decade, ServiceTrade has helped contractors service smarter and scale faster by connecting field and office operations, maximizing technician productivity, and streamlining end-to-end workflows.

When we launched Stella earlier this year, we committed to putting agentic AI to work across the entire commercial service lifecycle. Our first step was tackling the bottlenecks that cost contractors the most revenue every day. Stella Schedule and Stella Quote were the first agents to enter early availability — but the vision was always bigger.
