Existing Academy Users: Log into ServiceTrade Academy and navigate to the Certifications section.
New Academy Users: Request enrollment key to access ServiceTrade Academy. Once you have the enrollment key, login and navigate to the Certification section.
Step 2: Enroll in the role-based certification that best suits your needs.
- Most people are hands-on learners so we encourage you to open the ServiceTrade application as you review the certification prep study guide.
- Use the resources provided; take any and all courses you need. The learning content is not required. If you feel you’re already an expert in a given area, you can skip straight to the exam, but the resources are there for your benefit.
